Tom Wood is Collecting Food for
Gleaners Food Bank this Holiday Season

Gleaners Food Bank of Indiana Inc. was founded in a humble garage in 1980 and has since relocated to Indy's southwest side near the airport to accommodate their ever rising demands for canned goods. Gleaners strives to end hunger by securing, storing and redistributing donated food to more than 400 Hunger Relief Charities including those for senior centers, homeless shelters and youth programs. The only way to accomplish that is by involving individuals as well as communities for food drives and donations and volunteer efforts.

The each Tom Wood location will serve as a local drop off and donation center for Gleaners now through December 21st. We are encouraging our friends and families to help this holiday season as ultimately, your donations will reach thousands of people who need assistance. They are the working poor, the unemployed, single parents and the elderly. They are the homeless, the disabled, the mentally ill. They are battered women, victims of disaster and helpless children. They are families, friends and neighbors throughout Indiana.
